Kandahar Province, Afghanistan. Corporal DENNIS HORN (22) is shipping out

When his Sergeant leads their squad of misfits into an abandoned desert town then collapses from dehydration, it’s up to Horn to step up and take command.  He discovers a cache of potent hallucinogenic plants called “Moonflower” waiting to be smuggled out of the country and worse…he soon realizes that he and his entire squad has been exposed. 

Soon, they begin to experience the effects of the plant, and embark on the mother of all bad trips. Then the enemy attacks.  Now Corporal Horn must hold the squad together as they battle themselves, the enemy, and the onset of hallucinations so powerful they can barely determine what’s real and what’s not throughout a terrifying night behind enemy lines.
